How to Pay Your Dues Online
Pay Using First Citizens Bank's Payment Website
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist your homeowners association, you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank payment website.
Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It will list our old company name, Pelican Management Group)
Association ID: ORE (Oak Ridge Estates Subdivision)
Property ID: Your Account Number
